887d43f370 Reenable craft pipeline 
After https://invent.kde.org/packaging/craft-blueprints-kde/-/merge_requests/755 and https://invent.kde.org/packaging/craft-blueprints-kde/-/merge_requests/756, the build passes!

Now we'll never* regress the craft packaging again!

In case of conflict in i18n, keep the version of the branch "ours"
To resolve a particular conflict, "git checkout --ours path/to/file.desktop"

39cdcebd1c test: restore orphaned smshelper test 
This test seems to have been accidentally removed from the cmake

This restores the config for the test file.
