21dbf0410f kcm: Fix showing plugins' configuration
We were using the plugin infrastructure to tell the name of the plugin
we were configuring.

Since this doesn't make any sense, just let the kcms themselves define
where they want their settings to be.

This fixes a regression from when we ported away from using KService to
list them. e365e1b35c

400c800deb [app] Add plugin settings page
Include a page that allows (de)selecting and configuring plugins

This is one of the last missing pieces for feature parity with the KCM.

7d6e489520 share plugin: path display
Summary: The path displayed in the configuration of the share plugin is wrongly url-encoded on load (and default). This leads to %1 being displayed as %251. Consistently using the text property of kurlrequester fixes this issue.

Test Plan: manual inspection

72535ecf48 Make member variable names, & placement and * placement more coherent
Summary:
Change all member variables to the form m_fooBar because it is the preferred form in Qt (it was half and half between this and mFooBar, and a minority didn't have anything).
Place all references and pointers on the side of the type since it is the majority.

Basically:
 - mFoo -> m_foo
 - foo -> m_foo (if it is a member variable)
 - Type &ref -> Type& ref
 - Type *ptr -> Type* ptr

90f5a221fb Make sure we're not automatically casting QString directly into QUrl
Otherwise we often turn paths into URLs, a fix I pushed previously today
and the ones I detected when adding -DQT_NO_URL_CAST_FROM_STRING.

02a2990720 Added a baseclass for the plugins' KCMs and a class for the plugins' config
Centralizing the plugins' config will ensure that all the plugins store it
the same way (ie: not in random files scattered around, like until now).
The base KCM class, together with the already existing base plugin class,
will give easy access to all the plugins to this centralized config. Also,
now the settings are not shared across devices (that is: every device can
have different config for a same plugin).

Note: This commit requires KCMUtils 5.9

a1a560c469 First approach to a KF5 port of KDE Connect
Ported using KDELibs4Support, for a smaller delta, so we can keep
developing on master until we decide not to.

At the moment, it builds and installs but tests don't pass because
of a QCA2 initialization problem I didn't manage to debug yet.
