Previously the list of enabled and disabled providers was too easy to
get out of sync. Only having one list simplify the code and avoids issue
with for example the default state which should contains no disabled
backends.
QString or QStringList then it blows up with:
/home/rob/kde/src/kdeconnect-kde/kcm/kcm.cpp: In constructor ‘KdeConnectKcm::KdeConnectKcm(QObject*, const KPluginMetaData&, const QVariantList&)’:
/home/rob/kde/src/kdeconnect-kde/kcm/kcm.cpp:82:17: error: ‘class DaemonDbusInterface’ has no member named ‘linkProviders’
82 | daemon->linkProviders(),
even though the signatures are correct etc. No idea, I'll have
to fix this ultimately but I'll workaround it for now
We operate on a QSharedData object and thus can trivially make a copy. We generally don't use use const refs as return values in KDE APIs unless there is a compelling reason to do so
The main thing it provides over QNetworkAccessManager is integration
with the CookieJar and using kio-http, but since we jsut exchange bytes
from another local device that's not interesting for us
Add the necessary bits for XDG activation to work
Move the code for launching the settings from the daemon to the respective processes so that we don't need to pass activation tokens over another process boundary
We have a few places that open the KCM, with different arguments.
Centralize the implementation in one place.
This makes it easier to switch to invoking systemsettings5 in the future (once https://invent.kde.org/plasma/systemsettings/-/merge_requests/11 is in).
It also makes sure the relevant device is selected when clicking on a pairing notification.
The function is exposed to DBus for the Plasmoid and potential third-party users.

pluginloadtest and sendfiletest are crashing. This patch fixes that by allowing Daemon::init() to be called from TestDaemon
## Test Plan
### Before:
Both tests are crashing because it is not able to find any devices. It is not able to find any devices because the LanLinkProvider is not being added because Daemon::init() is not being called.
### After:
pluginloadtest and sendfiletest pass
Summary:
Add a helper function to the daemon interface, which must be subclassed
by the implementations, which creates a simple notification.
For more complex needs, involving interacting with the notification, it
will still be nescessary to use KNotification directly, but this allows
for other future implementations to create a simple notification without
ifdef'ing the code.

Summary: KDE Connect, now with correct naming!
Test Plan: It still builds.

Summary:
Change all member variables to the form m_fooBar because it is the preferred form in Qt (it was half and half between this and mFooBar, and a minority didn't have anything).
Place all references and pointers on the side of the type since it is the majority.
Basically:
- mFoo -> m_foo
- foo -> m_foo (if it is a member variable)
- Type &ref -> Type& ref
- Type *ptr -> Type* ptr

Makes it possible to display it and modify it
Introduces a DBusProperty component that can be used if we don't want
to go through the QtDBus property generation hell.
At the moment, we were keeping the connection alive with every reachable
device. While this works optimally for most use-cases, on networks with
several devices with KDE Connect, the amount of connections grows
exponentially.
