892385f3fc Simplified NetworkPackage format 
Now protocol version is only sent once (in the identity package)
Removed "isEncrypted" bit, using type "kdeconnect.encrypted" instead.
NetworkPackage's decrypt and unserialize return false when find problems
Updated tests.
