82a686dbe5 Calculate the speed in FileTransferJob if we know the size 
KJob doesn't do this for us so we have to do the math
ourselves.

39225d54d4 Set the name of kdeconnect to kdeconnectd 
We have an icon for kdeconnect but we do not for kdeconnectd,
some libraries (like KJob) use this name to try to fetch the
app icon, so it is useful to have a name that has an icon
with the same name.

af2c0a431e In the KDED, call start in the next loop. 
This is useful to start all KDED's before blocking even
for some ms.

ee5bf89071 Fallback to body->size if payLoadsize is empty 
For some reason body->size is exactly as big as the
payload I'm trying to send (using android app). This is
probably a bug in the Android app, I decided to commit
the workaround anyway so we keep compatibility with
current (and old) versions of the Android app.

93c0763e63 Emit a description in filetransferjob 
This basically allows Plasma (or any other job trakcer) to show
a nice description showing FROM and TO, kinda:

f4dce72d41 Never block the kded 
Never block the kded even if things go wrong.

In order to do this we need to switch to a completely asynchronous
way  of doing things, meaning that instead of returning bool on
start/stop we have to emit signals.

10a186795f Adapt coding style to kdelibs 
Using kdelibs style is not enforced but it is nice to use so all
kde hackers can work on this code without feeling out of place.

566a671b15 Make it possible to send files from the kded plugin 
Expose the share plugin on dbus
Add a shareUrl method that will send the file if it's a local url and just
send a URL otherwise.

1f9176ad92 Simplify path handling in the share plugin 
Prefer ::toLocalFile() to ::path(). ::path() won't work on Windows properly.
Let KUrl handle the trailing slash adjusting, no need to do the string
handling ourselves.
Take advantage of the fact that it can be a url, at the moment it was just
doing silly type conversions.

34bee764e8 Use i18n properly using arguments rather than replaces 
i18n accepts extra arguments to properly perform the
replacements of %1 by the proper value, we have to use that
instead of calling .arg in the resulting QString so i18n can
do some magic for us.

22718a0bd9 DeclarativePlugin::BatteryInterface removed 
Due to bug occured in QML property access(when object derived from QDBusAbstract interface) C++
part of BatteryPlugin in plasmoid rewritten in pure QML.
BatteryPluginDBusInterface fixed to avoid this bug.

Bug occuring when QML try to access any property of any object derived from
QDBusAvstractInterface - QML engine crashes.

830dd34402 PrivateKey field in KConfig is now PrivateKeyPath 
It was causing errors on pre-existent installations, that used the field
as if it contained the key.

Relaxed permissions check, as it was silently return if they were wrong
and this is very confusing for a user (that should open the log to see the
error)

5ee45bce45 kded_kdeconnect splitted to module and daemon 
kded_kdeconnect KDEDModule is a very simple daemon manager now, which allow to start/stop/restart
real daemon.

kdeconnectd is almost unmodified implementation of Daemon class wrapped with main() and QCoreApplication.

b1de40d29e PrivateKey management refactored 
- privateKey now stored in ~/.kde4/apps/kdeconnect/key.pem
 - publicKey now stored in ~/.kde4/apps/kdeconnect/key.pub
 - Daemon checks right permission(very strict) when starting

Testing needed :)

39190a4a1b Share plugin changed name! Please run make uninstall before make install 
Sharereceiver is now called share plugin (soon it will not only receive ;)
Added a config dialog to be able to select a directory for incoming files
Changed  Messages.sh to translate config new .ui files too
Fixed typo in pausemusicplugin.cpp
Fixed multiple file transfer notifications bug
Added minimal error checking to share plugin.
